In an atmosphere of joy and recognition, we recently celebrated a significant event to honor employees who completed many years of dedication to Dynamics. The gathering, held to recognize and thank the professionals who have contributed significantly to the growth and success of the company, was marked by emotional moments, inspiring words, and shared joy.

The event began with a welcoming atmosphere, where everyone present was invited to participate in a special afternoon tea, as a symbolic gesture of recognition and camaraderie among the honorees.

The Human Resources Coordinator, Mayline, was responsible for setting the tone of the celebration by inviting everyone to join their voices in singing a "happy birthday," in a moment that resonated with the shared joy over the years of dedicated service.

Fábio Manzato, our Director, expressed his gratitude and highlighted the vital importance that employees play in the organization. His words reflected not only recognition for dedication and continuous effort but also an appreciation for continuous learning and the development culture that permeates the team.

The recognition ceremony began with the presentation of plaques to employees who achieved significant milestones in their tenure with the company. The honorees for this edition were: Liziane, Fernanda, Mauricio, Vanja, Veronica, Dieison, Cinara, Aline, Alessandra, Taiane, Alexandre, Gislaine, Sirlei, Simone, Josiane, Ivete, Carla, and Márcio Manzato.

Each plaque meant more than just an object; it was a symbol of the commitment and dedication of these professionals over the years. During the ceremony, the Manzato family emphasized that the company is an extension of their family, and therefore, we are part of each other's lives.

A special moment of recognition was reserved for Elton, a remarkable employee who completed an incredible 28 years with the company. Mr. Amerigo Manzato expressed special thanks to Elton, highlighting that the journey of the company to this point was possible thanks to dedicated professionals like him.

At the end of the event, Fábio reiterated his thanks to everyone present and reinforced the company's commitment to continue supporting and encouraging the development of its employees.
