“Smiling is good for you” campaign is a total success at Dynamics

The “Smiling is good for you” Campaign, created by SESI, aims to promote the quality of life and health of industrial workers through preventive and educational actions in oral health. The program includes a simplified assessment of the worker's oral health and educational and preventive actions, associated with the distribution of a differentiated oral hygiene kit.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Dynamics entered into a partnership with SESI and for a week, Dynamics employees were able to enjoy assessments, preventive actions and guidance on oral health. The team embraced the campaign with practically unanimous participation in all work shifts.

Such actions contribute to a better bond between worker and industry, as well as to the reduction of absences and occurrences of work accidents, determined by the lack of concentration due to dental problems.
